Calculate the number of intersections (exclusive plus inclusive) for all barcodes

Parameters:

df : pd.DataFrame

A dataframe with each column is a barcode and the row is the number of exclusive intersections for this barcode

Returns:

A dataframe with each column is a barcode and the row is the number of intersections for this barcode

Return type:

pd.DataFrame
